My Epilogue: Article Commentary	Sadly, this was Dave's final column in the Point Weekly. After the censorship of Dave's article about the ASB Election, Dave decides that he can no longer work for the paper. Originally published March 15th, 1999.
Rock the Vote: Article Commentary	With the ASB election coming up, Dave wanted to analyze the Director of Activities and Presidential races. This article was unfortunately pulled due to concerns that it could be seen as endorsing a candidate for the ASB Presidential Race that year. NEVER PUBLISHED.
They Who Also Serve: Article Commentary	Upon departing from the employ of the Ryan Learning Center Computer Lab, Dave ruminates on how great it would be if students could be nice to the workers on campus for a change. Exact publishing date unknown.
Spiritually Shellshocked: Article Commentary	A more serious article than most of Dave's usual fare. Dave deals with hypocrisy within the Church and its institutions and details a difficult choice for his fellow students. Originally published February 17th, 1999.
Views of a President Article Commentary	At the height of the impeachment of President Clinton, Dave attempts another Point/Counterpoint article. This time, he and Andrew Palm discuss the Christian perspective on the issue. Originally published February 8th, 1999.
(Your Group Here) History Month: Article Commentary	At the start of Black History Month, Dave ponders its significance. Originally published February 1st, 1999.
Taking The Jump Out of the Nest: Article Commentary	Dave reaches an all-time high in his bitterness over Lompoc. Who would have thought an elevation in that was possible? Originally published January 20th, 1999.
Wrestling with Censorship: Article Commentary	The viewing of wrestling banned in the brand new Recreation Room at PLNU? Inconceivable! Dave tries to fight back. Originally published October 26th, 1998.
They've Crossed The Line: Article Commentary	A disturbing trend had emerged amongst the faculty and a few of the staff at PLNU: cutting to the front of the line to enter the cafeteria. Dave doesn't think this is right. Originally published December 7th, 1998.
A Code In The Node: Article Commentary	In the midst of another virus working its way through the PLNU Campus Community, Dave ruminates on how it stinks to be sick. Originally published October 12th, 1998.
The Limit Dilemma: Article Commentary	In response to the policy that the PLNU Dining Hall has apparently enacted on a permanent basis, to wit, the limiting of certain items to only one or two at a time, Dave discusses exactly why this policy is unfair, demeaning and cheating the students. Illusion Doesn't Change: Article Commentary	Dave reaches a height of bitterness as he, once and for all, proves that whole notion of romantic love does not exist. This article was done as a "Point and Counterpoint" format with Jennifer McShane, who had a differing opinion. Originally published September 28th, 1998.
Why Are You Reading This Column?: Article Commentary	Dave responds to an article written the week previously by opinion editor Dave Bell, and discusses the fact that he doesn't wish people to read his articles and move on, he wants them to actually think about them. Memories Under Construction: Article Commentary	After delays of more than a year, the 1996-1997 Yearbook was finally released. Read why Dave has only praise for the yearbook staff. Originally published September 9th, 1998.
Say Hello To The New Guys: Article Commentary	Dave complains about Lompoc some more, and has a few words of alleged wisdom for the new students arriving at PLNU. Exact publishing date unknown.

A Christian and a Democrat Walk...: Article Commentary	Originally published as a letter to the editor, Dave talks about the attitudes of people who seem to assume that Republicanism and Christianity are synonymous, and Democratism and Christianity mutually exclusive. Exact publishing date unknown.
