I pray that you are able to figure out what's causing your symptoms soon. Have you tried an elimination diet (eliminate one potential allergen for 3 weeks or so to see if you notice improvement of symptoms --but only eliminate one potential allergen at a time --or you won't know which one you have been reacting to).
I have some resources on food allergies if you would like. I have multiple food allergies and figuring out what I was reacting to was quite an undertaking (and things still change over time--am currently giving cutting out eggs a try).
I will keep you in my prayers. I know how hard it can be to deal with food allergies and sensitivities. Throws quite a wrench into things.
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
"Since the creation of the Internet, the Earth's rotation has been fueled, primarily, by the collective spinning of English teachers in their graves."
