This first in the series of "Aniblogger Testimony" posts is up! I think you all will find this very interesting...it's about how Katsucon was being hosted in the same building as Family Life's Christian Values Summit last year.

Well, I am an idiot. I just figured out that I can follow your blog on my Blogger account. Congratulations to me! *sigh* Well, at least I don't have to wait for your announcements here. I'm slightly obsessive when it comes to checking for updates there.

Blogger confuses me, so don't feel like an idiot. :P

I use Google Reader, since I check my gmail fanatically anyway.

Heh, Blogger is the least complicated blog site I've ever used! XD That seems terrible.

But I like being able to use it to check your blog, since I don't use Google Reader- I never use my gmail account. Ever.

Apparently, I read that fewer people are using RSS readers in genearl.

Here's the most recent aniblogger testimony, by CAA's own R86!

The Aniblogger Testimonies series continues! Last week, an atheist gave his "testimony" in a post called "Hard-Wired for Storytelling." Today, a Christian blogger who has views of faith counter to what most of us believe provides her testimony in "Faceplanting into Religion."

To celebrate the week leading up to Easter, I'm doing a daily series called "Wolfwood Week," in which I'll be diving into the Christianity as it has to do with Trigun's Nicholas Wolfwood. My first post is entitled, "Nothing Like God: Redeeming Nicholas D. Wolfwood."

My Christian Parents Guide to Anime is up! I've developed a 2-page PDF file aimed squarely at Christian parents who may not know much about anime. It won't apply to anyone here, probably, but if anyone's interested, you can let them know it exists.

I've placed it on a page that provides helpful links for Christian parents.

I have two recent posts that I particularly want to emphasize:

Hourou Musuko and Loving the Sinner But Hating the Sin - This post, which is about homosexuality, has gotten a lot of response on the blogosphere. I really encourage y'all to read it and chime in with your thoughts, and maybe comment on the comments below the post.

“Please Rely On Me!” The Breaking and Unmaking of Promises in Ookiku Furikabutte - This is the third in a series of guest posts on Oofuri by our own R86. It's a great read!

I have a really interesting interview today with Kathleen Kern, who works for a Christian peacekeeping organization and has written a book whose protagonist is anime-obsessed.

Check out the interview - I'll be posting a review on Friday.

We have a really interesting post up today. As part of the blog's Aniblogger Testimonies series, Hana of THAT Anime Blog has written a guest post about her experiences as a Muslim woman cosplaying at a convention:

I'm really excited about the post we have up today - it's part two of the interview I did with voice actress, Caitlin Glass (Fullmetal Alchemist, Ouran High School Host Club). In particular, the interview is entirely about her Christian faith and its intersection with voice acting.
