FINALLY finished my own colored version. XD I'm not entering, of course, but I thought I'd show it to you guys, anyways. XD

Hmm, excellent cell shading! Path tools can be a pain, I know. But the results sure are crisp! Good color choices too.

Thank you guys! I wanted a 'black wings-with-glossy-green-highlights' sort of look. XD I'm glad you like the way they turned out; it was excellent practice learning how to make them look the way I wanted; it may come in handy in the future.
I'm glad you like the background, too; though I know that if I played around with it more I could probably add more detail to it.

I just couldn't resist tackling this lineart, especially with the extension and all

Done in Corel Painter, which I'm still attempting to figure out. The colour scheme was actually completely different until about ten minutes ago when I randomly adjusted the colours and went 'hey! that actually looks pretty interesting!'. It also looks like a renegade blur filter attacked the clothing when I wasn't looking O_o
