Members-only writing area?

I remember reading online several places that if something is accessible on the internet, it is considered published -- and anything done afterwards with it is a "reprint."

But, if it's in a locked format, only visible by members or friends, it's not considered published.

So if you could make the writing area "members only" (i.e. viewable only when logged in), things in it wouldn't be considered "published" and people wouldn't have to worry about that if they wanted to do something with a story they had posted here. (This can be an important consideration when you're trying to get a story published, since many places don't want reprints.)

Thanks for listening! Just a suggestion. :D

I noticed that the writing section is now only accessible by members. That eases my conscience a bit... thanks for making this happen! ^^

Sure thing. We approved this idea and implemented it fairly quickly, but I forgot to mention it here.
