OK guys, our guest judge this month was Kokoro Daisuke, and I have her descision! Here's what she had to say:

What? o_O Wow; thank you very much; I so didn't expect to win. Personally, I thought a lot of the other ones worked as a desktop a lot better.
But thank you all the same; it was fun to try making a wallpaper; maybe I'll do it again in the future. I don't usually work to a set image size.
