Since OSTs are being made for so many different anime, I think a reviews page for J-pop and anime CD's would probably be a good idea.

Possibly, but it's not like soundtracks will have any spiritual problems, or language, violence, nudity, etc.
It would be harder to do, and it doesn't seem to practical.
