PS lace

Anyone know a good way to make lace in photoshop? I can seem to find a tutorial and I'm not very good at everything in PS yet :?:

In case anyone wants to know why I'm asking this, its for a border.

Edit: not only lace. Borders like the one in ShiroiHikari's background that won. What I'm asking is if there's a trick, or if it just takes alot of practice.

You need to search for PS brushes.
