Those are wussy liquid potatoes. Real liquid potatoes are when you heat the spuds in question up past their melting point.

Oh, you wish...Heh, it's more like potatoes that have been under the counter for a month and have gone so bad that they smell horrible and drip icky stuff when you pick them up.

Nah...when stuff decomposes under the right conditions, it kind of....melts. If there are any biologist/organic chemists here they could probably tell you what it is, assuming you really want to know. Whatever it is, it stinks like you wouldn't believe.
