Fruits Basket

I have a question about Fruits Basket. I just finished the anime and I would like to read the manga. My question is do I have to start from the beginning or can I just pick up from where the anime leaves off. Thanks in advanced.

I recommend starting from the beginning. There are some scenes and characters/character changes that are made in the anime. At least one character isn't in the anime at.

Definately start from the beginning. Though there are many similarities, the differences between the two are very important in the manga. Like Atria said, some of the characters don't even appear in the anime.

*sigh* alright. I was hoping to get away with starting it from later but oh well. This means it might take me a while to get started. I want to know what happens next though and see what the anime left out.
