A pic of Samus and an X from Metroid Fusion. It's not anime like the original drawings, but I didn't really care for the style they used. Cnc welcomed. I'm getting better at human hair!

I especially like how you did the hair, and the whole nearly non-existant line art style! Hehehe, even though the pic has an overall dark tone to it, the fuzzyness makes it feel warm ^^

Thanks for the comments guys! I was actually pretty happy with that piece...it seemed a little better than the one I did before of Samus and Meta Ridley. Heh..."warm" and "fuzzy" usually don't occur in the same sentence that involves Samus...LOL

Her hair is blonde, the pic's just darker outside of Photoshop than inside (I have NO idea why) which gives her hair a brown cast (eheh, or we could go back to that original Metroid Varia green, but we'll just skip past that little adventure...LOL)...I guess I ought to tweak it but oh well.

*grin* Thanks WhiteAngel. (Don't know how to make the little halo on the "a"...) At any rate, it took me about an hour/hour and a half to sketch, and the probably another four or five in photoshop (I can't remember honestly, but I don't think it was any more than that). What takes the longest is the little touchup stuff, especially plates in her armor (ESPECIALLY if it's the power suit in question, not this one) And hair. I have trouble with hair...
