Violence / Gore: Keima gets beaten up by various characters, usually for sarcasm and wisecracking. Played for laughs.

Nudity / Sexual Content: Cleaner than season one. There's some general fanservice concerning the girls. Keima is shown nude in the last episode, but he's in chibi form and it's non-detailed and non-sexual.

Theological themes: See the premise. There's more explanation about the loose souls and the state of affairs in hell.

Negative themes: Some swearing.
